Supporting the NHS to Deliver the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme

Thank you for contacting us regarding the COVID-19 vaccination programme.

As you will doubtless be aware, with the authorisation of COVID-19 vaccinations expected in the coming days, the NHS is about to embark on the largest vaccination programme it has ever had to deliver.  Lakeside practices will be playing a full part in this programme, having nominated sites in each area.

Many details about the programme are still unknown but we have already commenced our planning ensure that we are ready to vaccinate patients as soon as the vaccine is available.  One thing we do know is that we are going to need a significant number of staff and volunteers trained to vaccinate our patients.

We are therefore looking for volunteers like yourself who are interested in supporting this programme, by simply to submitting an expression of interest via the survey monkey link below.  Full COVID-19 vaccination training will be provided for all clinical staff who volunteer to be involved.

We will collate the names of volunteers interested and provide more information as soon as it is available
